Fondly referred to as “El Sur” by the locals, Maspalomas serves as a hub of entertainment and beach activity on Gran Canary Island.
Kick off your visit on the 9th (Mon): tour the pleasant surroundings at Playa de Maspalomas, thenvisit a coastal fixture at El Faro de Maspalomas, and then enjoy the sand and surf at Playa de Mogan. On the 10th (Tue), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: brush up on your knowledge of spirits at Arehucas Rum Distillery, thenenjoy the sand and surf at Las Canteras Beach, and then take in the dramatic natural features at Reserva Natural Especial de Las Dunas de Maspalomas.
