Meet the furry, feathered, and friendly inhabitants of Emirates Park Zoo, a city zoo housing over 1,700 animals--including incredibly rare white tigers. Opened in 2008, the zoo introduces visitors to animal behavior and identification by allowing you to pet and feed many of the creatures, from domesticated farm animals to wilder beasts. Pet a parrot, meet an elephant up close, and feed monkey nuts to the monkeys. The zoo brings you closer to animals with many guided experiences, including feeding sessions and bird of prey shows across its ample grounds. • The zoo is large, organised and full of activities; including animal feedings (elephants, giraffes, hippopotamus,...) and animal shows. The kids loved it. Entery is 30 AED for anybody above 2 years...  more »
  • We haven’t been to the zoo for a couple of years. Our children are getting older but we used to come on a monthly basis when they were toddlers. The zoo has been upgraded and it still has the appeal.....  more »

  • This place is a great hang out for family especially kids. It's a wide park with animal's, birds, well like the name says it's a zoo. It's wide spread and have a long walking area, feeding options for some selected pets (of course u have to pay additional for that) . There are reptiles, other wild animals, elephants, lions, tigers etc etc. The aquarium section was shut down for maintenance during my visit, there are seal and other animal shows on selected times with additional tickets (separately to be bought) it will be a great day out There is parking just nearby to the zoo area which gets full almost in no time during weekends, there are other parking also available outside the premises which needs a bit of walking after being parked.
  • If you're traveling from Dubai, please note that there's no bus from/around this place to Dubai. You'll have to go back to Abu Dhabi bus station to get the bus. Now about zoo, there are lots of Peacocks and ducks and Swans and goats and the best part is feeding them all. Separate place for feeding giraffe which was fun as well. Fun place for kids.
